"Failed to load DLL" x5, every startup.

Every time I start Foobar, I get an error message saying that five components failed to load. It's a different five every time.  Which components don't load is apparently random.  Here is an example from my most recent startup:

Failed to load DLL: foo_np_simple.dll
Reason: A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed.

Failed to load DLL: foo_dsp_vstwrap.dll
Reason: A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed.

Failed to load DLL: foo_dsp_std.dll
Reason: A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed.

Failed to load DLL: foo_uie_graphical_browser.dll
Reason: A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed.

Failed to load DLL: foo_dsp_skip_silence.dll
Reason: A dynamic link library (DLL) initialization routine failed.

Does anyone know why this happens?  Since it's always a random five, the problem doesn't seem to be the components themselves...

Thanks in advance for any help you can offer.
