Make Foobar Show My Entire iTunes Match Library

Hello!,

Foobar on my iPhone, after indexing, is only showing albums I have downloaded, not the many more that sit in my iTunes match. Is there a way to get foobar to show the albums that reside in iTunes Match but are not downloaded? I am not sure why Foobar is showing albums I downloaded as those reside on my PC.

Sorry, a bit of a novice here, not a Jedi yet!
