Title: Encoding/Decoding aacplus

does anybody know of any audio software that will encode/decode audio files using aacplus? I am researching information on streaming audio over cellular data networks,Thanks!

Just to let you know, aacPlus is the same as HE AAC.  The only encoder available today is the one contained in the Nero software package.  Website is here (http://www.nero.com/en/).

As for decoding you can get what you need at RareWares (http://rarewares.hydrogenaudio.org/aac.html).  BTW, you'll need the last file on that page for anything that says ICL7 complied.

I hope to see HE support added to the FAAC encoder soon
