Moving splitters on columns UI

Hey,

I've been playing with the CaTRoX theme to try and get it back to what it was like on my last computer.

I'm pretty happy with it, it looks pretty much like before, except I want the splitters to go above the playlist. So instead of this


it looks like this (no laughing)


Either columns UI or the custom theme doesn't allow me to simply click and drag to move the splitters. Maybe someone could help me
