I can't find free Nero AAC encoder in Nero web site

It seems Nero has updated the web site and I can't find the free AAC encoder. I can find a link in this page:

http://www.nero.com/eng/support-downloads.html

But if I click in "Nero AAC Codec", in "Tools & Utilities" section, I can't get to it.

Any idea?

Right now at least the actual download file is still there. We are trying to resolve the issues at the moment.

Sometimes I can't find a clean briefs at the morning but it's only temporally.
There are still tons of pages with Nero encoder.

Are you suggesting we change all of the links in our wiki to something you feel is official even though it doesn't work? 

This isn't exactly the first time that the nero website has dropped links to tools such as neroaacenc and wnaspi32, yet the link to the ftp site has always worked.

Feel free to search the forum if you don't believe it.

I wasn't suggesting anything to anyone at all. I didn't even know there was a wiki with links to the Nero codec, since I always surf the Nero site to get it.

Again, I already know there are a lot of ways to download the Nero codec, but that's not the point. At the moment I asked the question there was no way to get to a link to the encoder by browsing the Nero site, that's why I asked.

Well be happy that you have an official alternative next time the website doesn't work.

EDIT: Well aren't I the idiot of the day.  After checking through the wiki and I have found no references to the ftp site.  There are plenty of discussions that have it though.

I think it is our fault.    My company wanted to use NeroAacEnc for Linux (nero-aac-codec) . The product is free but

So we tried to buy a commercial licence for that product with no luck form 20.12.2008. Finally today we got information that

menno: any chance the issue would be figured out quickly and we could buy a licence for it ?
