Please be aware that much of the software linked to or mentioned on this forum is niche and therefore infrequently downloaded. Lots of anti-virus scanners and so-called malware detectors like to flag infrequently downloaded software as bad until it is either downloaded enough times, or its developer actually bothers with getting each individual release allow listed by every single AV vendor. You can do many people a great favor when encountering such a "problem" example by submitting them to your AV vendor for examination. For almost everything on this forum, it is a false positive.

When I scan the files and choose prevent clipping according to peak, it just turns the file down so the levels are always WELL below peak, I don't want that. I want the peak of each track or album to hit just under 0 dB, so when I look at the waveform on the oscilloscope that peak area fills out beautiful just shy of clipping. What's the deal, how do I achieve this? Much thanks for any help.

Awesome, sounds great. I bet the libretro people would love to see your improvements, especially the original dev (Maister).
I can do a pull request on the repo integrating some of your changes, when this happens.

With some libretro stuff, we already use SSE2NEON.h as a wrapper to NEON intrinsics in some DSP maths (like for N64 vector processor emulation). I guess something similar could be done so that also Android end users of RetroArch could use it.
Support - (fb2k) / foobar2000 v1.6.6 b1 - Album Art Viewer 'Show in Explorer' option disabled
Last post by Snowknight26 -
Ran across an issue in v1.6.6 b1 that's preventing the "Show in Explorer" option from working for a particular track.

Have an album with 2 tracks, neither of which have embedded artwork. foobar2000 is configured to "prefer current selection" under the Selection viewers section of Preferences -> Display.

Selecting track 1 and right clicking on the album art reveals "Show in Explorer" is disabled.
Selecting track 2 and right clicking on the album art reveals "Show in Explorer" is enabled and works properly, opening Explorer to the artwork.

Track 2:

Code: [Select]
D:\Music\Mhammed El Alami & Exolight\Velvet Skies>dir
Volume in drive D has no label.
 Volume Serial Number is 880D-6C01

Directory of D:\Music\Mhammed El Alami & Exolight\Velvet Skies

               2 Dir(s)  5,749,555,732,480 bytes free

Yep, folder.jpg is there alright.

Not sure what other info is needed, such as a dump, etc.

Edit: Figured out that it only happens if the track you're currently playing is the one the Album Art Viewer is showing the art for. Confirmed this with another album. Definitely a bug.
General Audio / Re: How can I convert DVD-Audio do DSD ?
Last post by Rollin -
PCM DSD converter doesn't recognize wav from foobar as wav file.
sox.exe FAIL formats: can't open input file `Test.wav': WAVE file fmt with padded samples is not supported yet

Any advice?

Is there any one step soft DVDAudio to DSD ? There was sonore iso2dsd_gui.jar men isn't working now...
I can't imagine how you was able to create such wav files.

As for iso2dsd, it has nothing to do with DVDA or conversion of wav to dsd.
