feature request: Dark-theme window on foobar2000

Hello, Just a small request.

Is it able for foobar2000 to support the darktheme window natively.

I notice that most of application support that in widnows 10.

Requires custom painted dialogs, because the Win32 API doesn't actually do this for free.
