f2k crashes since 1.1.19

Hi, I'm using 1.1.18 now, because newer ones are not working on my laptop.

while installing 1.1.19~, foo_input_spd.dll got error.
and finished install, launch foobar, appears "3 ways to run" box (which says foobar2k has been terminated abnormally).

then I can't run f2k even with safe mode, check online troubleshooter either.
it only says "internal error, one or more installed components have been damaged"

sorry for poor english, anyway i wanna know how to solve this problem.
