Title: EAC Could not detect a valid read mode for this drive

It all of sudden stop working. How do I fix it for my Pioneer BDR-XD07UHD USB DVD/Blu-Ray Burner Drive ?

Given your post history here, I would suggest a check with Malwarebytes first.
Then you might have hardware or driver issues. That could be your computer's USB in, or it could be your drive.

Update drivers for drive and mobo USB. Try to check for new firmware, even. (That's double-edged: if you just did update drivers/firmware, you could have gotten something buggy.)

A USB drive is easy to bring to another computer if you have access to one. Try it there. Kinda, hope it is the drive, as it is less expensive than a computer.

I messed it up using Pioneer's BDDrive utility. I reset it to factory defaults and now it works again.
