foo_addtopod

This is a foobar component version of the "iPodAdd" utility I posted earlier. Benefits include the ability to add huge numbers of files (no command line length restriction).

It adds a "Send to iPod" command in your context menu. To work correctly, iTunes must be installed, and preferably running. If it isnt running, Windows automatically launches it, but it takes a while for iTunes to recognise the iPod after loading so in this case foo_addtopod will complain about no iPod being connected. The solution is obviously to have iTunes running, or press "send to iPod" again once iTunes has found the iPod.
UTF-8/Unicode/Whatever-it-is-that-foobar-uses is supported, so you can copy your Motörhead and your Mötley Crüe.

It shouldn't crash, but it might. If it does, email me ( daviddl [on] orcon.net.nz ). I might not recieve private messages on this board, as some fool decided to block me from signing up with my orcon address. Orcon is an ISP, so I don't understand this.

Why, I'm glad my efforts to keep spam out of the forum are appreciated.

It's their problem that they run free and paid services off same host, so we can't ban their freely available addresses without banning their commercial customers as well.
