Title: Would this DAC + amp be enough to drive my ER-4S IEMs well?

The device I'm looking at is rated at 10 ohms for its headphone amplifier, and my IEMs are 100 ohms. I don't really know how all this works, so... can I get a little help?

10 ohm isnt great for an amp so i probably wouldnt buy that regardless.

Fiio offers some devices with an output impedance below 1Ohm. You might have a look at the E7 or E17.
