Strange spectral image

What is this strange effect?
Seen on songs from some CDs (also before compressing).

Probably an audible watermark.

This simply looks like shaped dither to me. Nothing to worry as it is part of the last steps in preparing files for CD releases often enough.
From the shape of it UV-22 looks like that but if the upper piece of the pic is 22kHz it indeed is a bit low in frequency for UV-22.
So i am not 100% sure.
Is troll-adiposity coming from feederism?
With 24bit music you can listen to silence much louder!

Looks like interference from a video monitor at 15.625 kHz, spread because of the low frequency resolution and possibly being already modulated. Increase the FFT size and add a scale.
