Audio stuttering with SACD (both DSD and PCM) and high sample rate flacs

Hello. I am having an issue with my audio stuttering when I try to listen to both SACD (using the latest version of that plugin, both in DSD and PCM mode) as well as FLACs with sample rates above 96khz. DSD seems to stutter worse than the other too, with the audio cutting out for longer. I am running the latest version of foobar2000, and my compomemts are ASIO Output 2.2.2, ASIO+DSD output 0.3.8, DSD processor 1.3.2, and the aforementioned SACD decoder 1.5.10. My OS is Windows 11 Pro 23H2.

Preferences > Playback > Output > ASIO > ASIO Drivers
Double-click to get ASIO driver settings, set latency to 100ms
This is just one thing to try, I don't use SACD/DSD, others may be of more help.

First thing to try for stuttering is just give it more 'Buffer' in Preferences > Playback > Output.
