Isobuster to back up data tracks on Enhanced CDs

In a long dead thread (CLICK HERE) I was told to use Isobuster to back up the data track of Enhanced CDs.  I want to make sure I'm doing this correctly and in a manner that will let me rebuild the CD correctly should the need arise.  Here is what I have been doing:

1.  Right-click Session 2
2.  Choose Extract Session 2 <Image>
3.  Choose RAW (*.bin, *.iso)
4.  Save the resulting .bin file in the directory with my FLAC files.

Is this the preferred way to back up the data track for later recreation?
