Join Monkeys files

Say I was to split a single Monkeys file to separate tracks by cuesheet, but then wanted to join them together again to burn the image file. Is there some tool to do it other than using SF/CE and manually joining the tracks?

Also, would the resulting image file be bit-identical to the original file before splitting.
