Speex 0.8.1 Out - Bugfix Release

I'd just like to announce Speex version 0.8.1, which fixes a bug in the new 0.8 API (function speex_mode_query). For those who just use speexenc/speexdec, no need upgrading, but for those who use the library, it might be.

Otherwise, for those interested, the CVS version now supports vorbis-style comments in the files, as well as a way to set them from the encoder. This will appear in the next beta1 release (don't ask for a date).
