View Count

can view count (for view column in expanded forum view) be changed so that only unique views (same IP or same registered user) would be considered?
i.e. if user with same IP refreshes page or view page couple of times if would equal to 1 count?
that would be more correct imo

the view count should be rather removed altogether imo
Full-quoting makes you scroll past the same junk over and over.
