Generating a CUE file from embedded RIFF WAVE data (cue points)

Hi all - excellent website, been using it for years as a valuable resource

I use Cool Edit Pro to place cue points very precisely as the final step in mastering a mix cd.    The cue points can be saved as 'extra information' within the wave file header.

What I would like is for some method to generate a traditional CUE sheet text file from the embeded wave file cue points.  I cannot see an option to do this within Cool Edit itself which is annoying.

Is there any software that can do this?
