FB 2.24.3 VST Visualization Plugin Jumpy as DSP fine as a Visualization.

When I run my MAAT Dynamic Range Meter in "DSP" mode the RMS/Dynamic Range is changing too fast (and is wrong), but when I run the same plugin is run from "Visualizations" Menu it behaves.   I can run them side by side (Jumpy vs calm).   In my situation, I like to have a Stereo Balance DSP after the Meter.  But since, I believe, Visualizations are after DSP, that doesn't work.  v2.1.6 x64 doesn't do this.

OP:  Even in the older version, the visualization plugin running as a DSP chain VST caused a annoying ~2 second cutout and delay when manually changing the track location even when the visualization window was not open, so it is probably best not to run it in the DSP chain anyway. So now I just run it as a VST visualization and use the Windows sound driver balance to mess with the stereo balance (due to highly non-optimal speaker location and listening position).
