Adding radio urls to Foobar2000 results in message: not a music file…

Which is very strange because i use Foobar2000 allready several years.
The windows version of Foobar2000 has no problem adding these 2 webradio URLs:

https://live.omroepheemskerk.nl/hfm
https://live.omroepheemskerk.nl/hfm-aac

If i add as test the above mentioned 2 radio URLs in the Foobar2000 mobile version i get following message: non audio file (see screendump attachments).

Years back I added the same https://live.omroepheemskerk.nl/hfm-aac as webradio url to Foobar2000 mobile without any problem. (see screendump attachments)
The strange thing is that the allready added radio url can be played without problems within the latest Foobar2000 mobile version, but can’t be added anymore in the latest version.

Can this bug be fixed in next (beta) release ?

Keep up the good work because i am a fanatic Foobar2000 fan !

I'm not certain what the 'Play location' Tools menu you were at is for, but you can add the radio url in an easier and working manner from the front page: 'Internet Radio' -> '+'.

Problem confirmed, thanks for reporting.
That said, "internet Radio" page works for this.
Microsoft Windows: We can't script here, this is bat country.

Maybe I miss something but if i start foobar2000 this is my frontpage where you can see no ‘Internet Radio’ option (see screendump attachment).

The option: Play location (visable if you first select the blue setting icon in the right top corner of the frontpage) is my only option to play an radio internet url string.

Navigate to 'Tools', then click 'More Settings', scroll down to 'Main Screen' section and make sure 'Internet radio' is toggled on.

That 'Play location' is supposed to accept urls too. It was the original means for doing that before the Internet radio section was introduced. I'm sure Peter will fix it in a future update.

Case thanks for the info.
Followed your instruction (see screendump attachment) but nothing changed in main screen unfortunately (no internet radio option visable and therefore not selectable).

Don't enable the inline option. It removes the radio station menu entry and instead lists already added stations directly on the main screen.
