MediaServer in mobile Foobar2000

I installed mobile foobar2000 on my Android smartphone. When I go to mediaserver in the settings, I get the following two entries:

the top entry with the picture works immediately without entering any login data. However, it does not show all albums/folders.
The second entry requires login data, but then shows all albums/folders.
I suspect these are two different access modes, but why does the top entry only show me part of it? How can I change that?
thx in advance

The top entry looks like Synology Media Server.

To configure it:
Synology Package Manager >> Media Server

To specify indexed folders:
Synology Control Panel >> Indexing Service
Microsoft Windows: We can't script here, this is bat country.
