lame 3.97a11 for Mac OS X

As requested here I have compiled the latest lame source from cvs.
Its compiled with GCC 4.0.0, so afaik you need Mac OS 10.3.9 or later to use it.

Enjoy!

This thing is pretty fast for being a Mac version. On a dual G5 I get two instances encoding at about 9X each using --alt-preset standard (30-40% faster than the optimized version of 3.96.1)

There seems to be a problem when using settings where resampling is done, such as -V7 or --preset 96. In these cases, I get a "bus error" or "segmentation fault" in the terminal, and am not able to encode. 44.1kHz modes work fine, though.
