Its from a 'real' CD. Tested with v3.98.2 -V2 and v3.90 (aps)
Both abxed 8/8 with ease.
Also tried:
-V1 - 8/8 with more effort, easily better than V2
--abr 260 - 8/8 inferior to V1
-b320 - 7/8 still not perfect

The download has expired. Could you post it again, please? I'm always interested in "killer" samples for testing MP3, AAC, and others.
The point of the uploads forum is that you can attach files to your posts here instead of linking to external annoying file hosts.

Thanks a lot! Interesting one, will put it to the test next week.
for testing codecs I always use sample from song of Michael Jackson - 2000 Watts - electric sound which is so hard to encode with good quality
Ogg Vorbis minimum 192 Kb/s to get near CD Quality
WMA Pro 64 Kb/s ... codec sounds realy better than latest HE AACplus v2 at 64 Kb/s I encode songs in Windows 7 which have Windows Media Player 12 and WM version 12.0.7000.7000
- check yourself and encode
Best regards
A was able to abx berlin_Drug.flac with itunes AAC. lame mp3 & aotuv vorbis up to ~ 200 kbps.
Used recent versions of the codecs for the moment.

Can anyone test True VBR please? Thanks.
Didn't ABX, just a simple test and I think -V91 may be transparent for me.
I was able to ABX up to V109 mode.
