Help downloading the TT DR offline meter?

I'm trying to download the TT DR meter from here: http://www.dynamicrange.de/ja/ja/download, but when installing it's telling me I've selected an invalid path for downloading. I'm using windows 7 64-bit so I tried installing it in the Program Files (x86) folder, but I'm still getting the error.
