Field Mapping Id3v2.3 Columns Tag info ?

Well, I have tried several ways to copy and paste mapping fields from the wiki sites, into foobar to display new columns of data... however no luck.

like: publisher or label ( the name of the manufacture of the cd ) nope.

So, what would be the correct string: to use to display the name of the publisher for the cd?
because %TPUB% is not working.

Please if there a wiki or a page that display all the extra fields mapping that foobar can display,
please provide this, I have a lot of classic and jazz music, and would like to add a dozen more fields to display more tag information.

You should be using the left column for display in fb2k, %publisher% works here for instance.

TPUB is a frame identifier. End-users don't access frames by these, but by the "name" used by the software, etc. one's using (or by the description written to the frame itself when TXXX frames are used). This page lists many of the frames that foobar is capable of recognizing. The left column is what is used (without the superscript numerals, of course) in title formatting to access the frames. You need only bookend the terms with percentage signs "%" to do so, and yes, you must include the spaces where they occur, but no, they do not have to be in upper case.

Please be aware that foobar remaps some tags when they aren't present when using the format %tag%. Check this page for those this behavior applies to. The behavior can be prevented by using the $meta(tag) construct instead.

Also, other frames that foobar sees can be found by opening the Properties dialog for those files. Whatever tags you see there is what foobar can see. Those "names" in the left column that are bookended with angle brackets "<>"  simply lack a defined name in foobar. Accessing them is the same as other tags. Either replace the angle brackets with percentage signs or remove the angle brackets and use $meta(tag) instead.

As a side note, if you don't like seeing <TAG> in the Properties dialog, you can add a "name" for each one of those at Preferences > Advanced > Display > Properties dialog > Standard fields. It's fairly self-explanatory how to do so.
