When saving a playlist with individual tracks, only a link to the CUE file

If you add tracks from cue files from the library to the playlist and save the m3u8 playlist, the saved playlist only contains a link to the cue file without specifying the track. When you open such a playlist, albums with all the tracks open. How to save a playlist by track?
