Unable to play RWS Playstation 2 files with Foobar

Hello,
 
     I managed to get the RWS audio files for an obscure Playstation 2 game called Nana. However, Foobar doesn't seem to have a component for that. There is also one ss2 file in the rip.

Please find a component named "vgmstream decoder".
It's a component for playback of hundreds of streamed (prerecorded) audio formats used in video games.
It will help you to play .ss2 audio file with foobar2000.
