Which one is the better source?

Hello,

https://imgur.com/a/cDHBQIf

These two tracks are the identical to my ear, and I'm about to choose the encoding source.

What's the blue and noise-like fog in the second one?

Theoretically, could you tell me which one is the better source?

Noise shaped dithering pushed into the inaudible range? Watermark?

E: I just realized you're not the user I expected to see that avatar on. And then I realized you're probably asking about verifying pirated content, which we don't discuss on this forum.

Thanks. As long as it is not affect my encoding, it should be alright. I don't mind the watermark since I don't intend to share my purchases. P.S. I didn't know I should not to choose the avatar image in the profile setting. I'll keep that in mind.
