Ogg Vorbis (minor) problem

Remember those funny "floppy-quality" Vorbis encodes Garf made?

Can't play them properly - sound is "chopped"

EDIT:
Ok, I found the "troublemaker": that's foo_ASIO plugin problem - Direct Sound and Kernel streaming work fine. I guess that's because the files are just 6-8 kHz...
