Field name suggestions bug - It's doubling up with any case difference

If I type WWW in the field or www in the field the next time, then the two get added to the Field name suggestions in the advanced settings.

Not much need to do this really seeing as only one field can get added with that fieldname.

If foobar could just add one occurrence of the field and even better sort them by name as they're added.
