Proxy server

OK, Foobar 1.2+ uses IE proxy settings, but how can I NOT to use them? In Preferences->Networking proxy is unchecked.
And as I checked with Foobar 1.1, when I use Preferences->Networking proxy settings I get "DNS error : could not resolve "PROXY_SERVER_NAME_OR_IP"

A similar question was asked recently, although it was not answered. Perhaps this one will fare better.

Question is not quite similar. I will be clear. I must use proxy, but somehow latest version of foobar2000 with IE proxy detection and version 1.1 with configured proxy in Networking settings return me "DNS error..." ether I use hostname or IP address for my proxy server.
