Time Per(syllable/word) Lyrics Viewer

I was wondering if there's a plug-in for fb2k or for winamp that does song and lyrics synchronization down to a syllable or at least to a word? Something that would be really like most karaoke where the highlight moves from word to word (or syllable to syllable) and not just line to line. Most of the lyrics plugins i've seen only does line to line synchronization for the song and lyrics.

It'd be nice to see something that can read this:

Tears In Heaven (by Eric Clapton)

[00:00:00]Would [00:00:5]you [00:01:00]know my name
if I saw you in heaven?
Would you feel the same
