[Off Topic - TOS#5] cuetools not reparing despite much better db entry

Fyi - There is an application called Flacon that can deconstruct a FLAC file with cue sheet into separate files as well as doing metadata editing.  Apparently available for Linux only.  Source code is available on Github so cross compiling for Windows maybe possible for a determined individual.
