why files dont match

hi all. can anybody explain please why 2 files dont match after recoding (only if dither enable)?

1. (sox resampling only)
flac24/96 (resamp) to wav24/48  = file1 
flac24/96 (resamp) to wav32/48 to (without_resamp) to wav24/48  = file2
file1 (match to every byte) file2

2. (sox resampling + DITHER)
flac24/96 (resamp+dither) to wav24/48  = file1
flac24/96 (resamp+dither) to wav32/48 to (NOresamp+NOdither) to wav24/48  = file2
file1 ( DONT MATCH) file2  WHY ?

I would guess that there is more dither noise in 32 bit file than there is in 24 bit file (1) to begin with.
Error 404; signature server not available.

Dither is random, thats why in section 2. file1 don't match file2
