Plugin for Album art as Playlist and Selektion Properties background?

hi, is there a plugin to display album art as background in playlist and Selection Properties?

the pictures are saved as folder.jpg in every album folder.

maybe its also possible to set the opacity too.

Only with this combination: foo_ui_columns, foo_uie_elplaylist and foo_uie_panel_splitter
And decent knowledge in their functioning

is it possible to realize that without foo_columns_ui, i like to use the default user interface.
