How to move configuration folder?

im using the latest version
the conf folder is currently located in C:\Users\qkat\AppData\Roaming\foobar2000
how to move it to application install folder and let foobar recognize the new location

Are you sure that foobar2000 can write to this folder? Because usually it cannot.

im pretty sure that some older version support this action
i dled a foobar skin yesterday and found this in the readme:
Change your configuration location to application install folder in Preferences / General tab (Yes I recommend you to do so.)
i just cant find "general tab" in preferences of current version
