Set custom seek value

Hi!

I'd like to know if it is possible to set a custom value for seeking.

Into the Keyboard Shortcut settings I can set a shortcut for
back 1 sec, 5 sec, 10 sec, 30 sec, 1 min, 2 min, 5 min, 10 min.

If I need a different value, for example to set a shortcut for 2 sec, is it possible?
