Automating a Convert process

Hello all!

First post here and wonder if anyone could help with something I'm trying to achieve.

I currently have the Library looking at a folder where I add new FLAC files to. I've set fb2k and New File Tagger to automatically run Replaygain on each new item and quietly write the results.

I am wondering if it is possible to have it do the same but with Convert?

Desired outcome/workflow:

1) New FLAC appears in the monitored library folder

2) fb2k Converts it with following settings: Output FLAC Level 5, different Destination, Replaygain Apply Track gain, Other - Transfer tags and attached pictures.

Now the Convert preset is easy to setup, but is it possible for it to happen automatically as soon as the file appears in the forementioned folder?
