Finally figured out how to use ELPlaylist, so heres my first configuration...

http://i32.tinypic.com/10nupfl.jpg

I'm pretty happy with it, I didnt make any of the graphics, i grabbed them from random stock vector images/google images and the buttons i got from somewhere on these forums i think...

The only things bugging me are the scroll bars on the library viewer, is there any way to remove them?  I'm pretty sure you can't but maybe there is a way to put an ELPlaylist there that displays the library artists?

Also is there a way to align the text on the playlist switcher on the right to align right?

omg so many mouth watering configs lately... is panel stack splitter responsible for this creative spark?

Ok.. it's still a work in progress. Not bad considering that I'm pretty new with the Columns UI + PSS editing thing...

The playlist/lyrics/bio/explorer view is expandable/collapsable.

Just abandoned the ELPlaylist, Panel Stack Splitter and all the custom images.
And I'm really happy about it:

Almost pure CUI. Filter precedance "by list" preference - something that facets can't do (separate elements and yet browseable)
Although nothing can be done about proper sorting centuries in roman notation
