Great panel.

Is there a way I can save all my artist images in one folder? This is how I used to do it with the old Biography View before it stopped working after the update.

I have tried changing the [SAVE] section in biography.ini to:
Code: [Select]
Image [Artist] Folder=F:\Documents\Foobar\Artist\%BIO_ARTIST%

But this creates a subfolder for the artist with the artist image inside like this "%artist%\%artist%.jpg".
Is there a way I can have all of the artist images in the one folder? I'd rather not have a new folder for each artist when I only want one image per artist.

I have also tried this, but no image is saved:
Code: [Select]
Image [Artist] Folder=F:\Documents\Foobar\Artist

Indeed not wider... I went for separating the tracks field so I left duration box as it was before. I'll change it to account for double-digit week count.

Hi peter, I think you may also want to address the volume part: currently if the volume is two digit it will be cut off:

(It was introduced with the newest beta. I tried to change status bar font, result is the same.)

(Also kinda off-topic, it looks like is half broken)

Your setting resetting was unrelated, though no idea what could have caused it.

Good suggestion about the single double quote situation, I hadn't thought of that. And I hadn't thought of using path elements in the renamer as its main purpose was custom handling of hardcoded special characters. I'll fix the problem as soon as I can.

As for the other replacement rules, the idea was that anything else is handled with $replace().

That command removes .fb2k-component association too and you need to re-run the installer to get it back. You can manually remove the foobar2000 association for an old extension by removing HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\FileExts\<old extension>\UserChoice registry key. That way when you try to open such a file Windows will ask for a program and reassociate the extension to what you select.

Ah, thanks. I assumed it took over the file operations (because the Rename pattern was reset after I installed - that was maybe unrelated?).
I'm definitely going to check it out further.  It seems it has issues with $directory(%path%).

(And, detail: Although "odd" and "even" quotation marks is a good idea, consider one for "only": then one can capture e.g. songtitle (12" remix). And it would probably be nice to add own replacements.)
