fixing corruptted mp3\'s

ok, i use Encspot to analyze my mp3's and then use MP3utility to find out the corruptted mp3's and finally use MP3trim to fix the problems [sync error..etc] ...any more please correct if im wrong!

for normalizing mp3's.. which one is better [without degrading audio quality] mp3trim or mp3gain?
