exhale aac

Built exhale encoder from source code and tried to convert a track with preset 9. The encoding process completed successfully.
But foobar (v2.2 preview 2024-07-07) can't play the m4a file with the message: Unable to open item for playback (Unsupported format or corrupted file).

Moderator: Please keep music clips under 30 seconds (done, sorry)
