Spider Monkey Panel Configuration --> In memory ?

Hi Guys.

I'm trying to make a custom panel taking ideas from here and there but there is something I'm stumbling over.
I would like to include the DarkOne 4 Mod - Left Button Panel so I can then customize the buttons and actions.

First, I can't find the component to install it.
Second, I choose to copy the script from an already created mod but it tells me that it is 'In-memory' instead of 'Package'.

How can I get the script or where to find the component to add it ?
