I was told that foobar has a live show tagger, is this still true?  If so I do I get it set up?

I found the live tagger component,  I downloaded the component, but can someone tell me how to apply it so it will work with foobar?

1. Close fb2k.
2. Go to your install directory and drop it in the Components folder.
3. Start fb2k.
