[Feature request] Left /right balance

Hi
i have recommended to many friends foobar2000 and many android phones haven't the option to balance the right/left channels
and i have noticed that some of my friends have an ear more weak , in short they can hear better with one ear
would be great to have a left / right channel balance , they are forced to use other players that can do it
