Download has hotlink protection. Official mirrors?

Hi,

is there an official mirror or something that offers a downloadlink available for hotlinking?
I need it to integrate foobar2000 into a package manager.
At the moment you are bound to Microsoft Store which I don't use.

The URL should be permanent per version / release.

Thanks for help,
BlackRitus

The people have their reasons.

For example if other sites leech bandwidth from theirs, by just hotlinking only the URL.
