Native Linux program that supports submitting to CTDB, Accuraterip, or similar?

Setting up CUETools with Wine is clunky and cumbersome, but according to http://cue.tools/wiki/CUETools_Database#What_software_supports_CTDB.3F, the only programs one can use to submit to Accuraterip are ones which only support Windows, not Linux. I looked into CTDB as well since it's a similar project and it seems to be more well-known so someone had to have worked something out, right? But the situation there is only slightly less dire, as the only programs listed on their software page support Windows and Mac OS, but not Linux. I'm quite surprised Mac OS has native solutions but I can't find one for Linux. What's a Linux user to do aside from hope Wine decides to cooperate?

Looks like you won't find any CTDB for *n*x - and if https://accuraterip.com/software.htm is up-to-date, you won't get to submit to AccurateRip (and neither does CUERipper!).
But AccurateRip lookup you can get:

fre:ac is cross-platform and also does audio conversion to a ton of different formats: https://www.freac.org/downloads-mainmenu-33 . Developer on how it compares to EAC: https://github.com/enzo1982/freac/discussions/319#discussioncomment-2859522

Really? There's nothing for submissions to anything similar on Linux? I'd love to contribute but Windows 11 would be the death of me and Microsoft is EoLing their unenshittified OSes. I wonder how this has happened. Even Mac OS got submission support for AC anyway. Very disappointing... Thanks anyway.

Note that the lack of such functionality isn't because no one wants to write it, but because the databases don't accept submissions from 3rd party software, so there is nothing to write in the first place.

It accepts from EAC ... for the obvious reason. But I guess spoon is too worried that the database will be polluted by fakes.

True, though considering CTDB is open source, I'm surprised nothing's been attempted for that either.
