Broken tags

I've ripped about 8-9 CDs into mpc files now, and all of the worked fine. Today, though, I ripped a Korean CD into mpc files for the first time, and tags that had Korean characters in it (track title, album title) doesn't seem to work properly. I am using EAC with the mpc encoder with the string that i got from the post on this forum, and I am using foobar to play the mpc files. What's wrong here? Which program involved in the ripping/compressing process does not support unicode?

One thing I forgot to mention: the filenames (artist - album title\track number - track title) are all correct.
