remember equalizer setup

Hi

Now it's like you load equalizer preset and mark 'Equalizer enabled'. After hiding it and showing again, it stays the same. But, if you unmark 'Equalizer enabled' and close it, preset resets to default (all 0). Is there any way to make it remember last enabled preset? I would only like to switch it on/off.
