lookup button greyed out after new install

I was using an older version of foobar, so I uninstalled it, and reinstalled the latest stable version.  I downloaded and installed correctly two components: discogs and musicbrainz.  I went to rip a CD and when I open the CD, the bar for "lookup" to get the track listing is greyed out.  How do I fix this?  The CD in the tray is recognized with blank track listings, but all of sudden I have no option to lookup info like I was doing before.

Neither discogs nor musicbrainz third party components provide services for the CDDA ripping dialog (because their developers chose not to).

You must check the "online tagger" component when installing foobar2000; the component is included with the installer but you must have unchecked it.
